Tristania can today announce that two former session members will be joining the band on stage for the concert at Kick Scene in Kristiansand on Thursday September 30th. Drummer Jonathan Perez and bass player Kjell Hagen will feature on one song each.
“We knew we were going to meet a lot of old friends in Kristiansand, and it will be great to share the stage with both Jonathan and Kjell again. We have very fond memories of our time together, and we’re so happy that it’s mutual.”, the band says.
Current Sirenia drummer Jonathan Perez played with Tristania on Wacken Open Air in 2005, and also featured on the following Norwegian tour. Kjell Hagen’s bass duties with the band included the Nightwish tour in 2005, plus headliner shows in Europe and the Latin America tour the same year.
